The data connection is excellent, with no buffering or signal distortion. It is easy to use the hotspot feature to connect other devices. The customer service is top-notch, and the team is always available and ready to assist. They also respond promptly to any queries or concerns. I would highly recommend this service to any globetrotter looking for reliable connectivity while travelling.

Worked perfectly, I activated it in Belgium and when I switched my phone on in Brazzaville it immediately connected. Saved me the hassle of going to look for a sim card in the city. Very much recommended!

The interruptions happened because your phone switched to Turkcell, which this eSIM doesn’t support. It works only with Vodafone or Türk Telekom. Please turn off Automatic Network Selection in your phone’s network settings, then manually select Vodafone or Türk Telekom. This should prevent the phone from switching to an unsupported network again.

Very satisfied with the process of booking. Easy and fast and immediately got connected in Iraq.
The staff was beyond phenomenal helping me access the eSIM card properly. And once in use- it has worked exceedingly well.
