No data connection was possible when arriving at Bole Airport, I ordered a pass from my German provider for the same price which worked within 10s. I restarted the phone multiple times, the esim was activated and selected for data

Simply installing an eSIM is not enough—the eSIM line must also be turned on in your phone's settings and selected for mobile data. We provide a detailed activation guide by email with every purchase, and our support team is available to help if you encounter any issues. Unfortunately, we did not receive any contact from you before you purchased another service. If you ever experience a problem in the future, please reach out to our support team first. In most cases, these setup issues can be resolved within a few minutes.

Works perfectly easy to use multiple options and budget
It was not working first in Singapore. Then your support person advised me to turn the aeroplane mode on and off and that fixed the problem. So all good now and working

Enabling Data Roaming is a required setting on your device, and unfortunately we cannot change your phone's settings for you. We provide clear setup instructions with every purchase.
