Last days it just stopped in providing Internet and not sure what happened and also there is no track of data usage too. Might be switching to another brand now.

We can see that your phone switched to unsupported networks, TIM and Wind. When this happens, you should disable automatic network selection and manually select Vodafone or Iliad.

You purchased the Europe Plus package, but Bosnia and Herzegovina is not included in its coverage. Therefore, the eSIM will not work there. You need to purchase a package that includes Bosnia and Herzegovina.
