Enabling Data Roaming is a required setting on your device, and unfortunately we cannot change your phone's settings for you. We provide clear setup instructions with every purchase. If you experience any problems, our support team is available and typically responds within 15 minutes to help resolve them. We’re sorry for the inconvenience. After checking this case, the eSIM was installed correctly, but data roaming was not enabled on the device. Data roaming must be turned on for travel eSIMs to connect. Our support team is always ready to help with setup.

Hi Anjela, we are sorry to hear about your experience. Please note that since 6 October 2025, Russia introduced a local network regulation affecting foreign SIM cards and eSIMs. When a foreign eSIM connects to a Russian network, mobile data may be temporarily blocked until the user completes the verification step sent by SMS. Please open the SMS link, complete the confirmation/captcha, then restart your phone or toggle airplane mode on and off. Also make sure data roaming is enabled. This requirement is set by Russian mobile networks and is not controlled by us. After completing the SMS verification, the eSIM should start working normally. If you still have any issue after completing the verification, please contact our support team and we will help you check the connection.

service working perfectly
Generally works ok across England but sometimes loses connection despite showing full signal and you have to look for WiFi to get it working again.

Sorry for the inconvenience. This can happen when the phone automatically jumps to an unsupported local network, even if it still shows full signal. Please turn off automatic network selection and manually choose the supported network in the UK. After that, restart mobile data or the phone, and the connection should stay stable. Our support team is also available if you need help with the correct network settings.

Sorry to say, it has been a great disappointment to me. In the first place I bought the SIM in the mistaken belief that eSimFly used the Megafon network in Tajikistan, as I read an article listing them as an eSIM supplier that did. Not so! The sim uses the much more limited-reach Zet-Mobile, which wouldn't have served me on my imminent journey into the Pamirs anyway. It should have been of use for these days in Dushanbe though, had I been able to achieve any internet connection at all.. but I haven't.. niente.. nada. I've followed every bit of advice in the Installation guide provided and tried all the different activation techniques, and entered the LTE set up data I found online courtesy of wikisim.. but nothing has made an iota of difference. It's the first time I've been quite unable to get an eSIM working and in one of the most difficult places imaginable to be without the full set of Google tools.. (maps, translate, lens and web/app access..) I can't find any 'help' facility on the eSimFly app or website so am at an impasse. Thank god I managed to buy a physical Megafon sim today from their main store in Dushanbe and am finally able to function again. Wish I could get a refund on the eSimFly sim I bought, with it's still untouched data, but that doesn't seem to be an option either.. I wouldn't be writing any of this here had I found a way to speak to eSimFly and tell them that I've been without any connection for 6 days now...

We fully understand how difficult this can be when travelling and relying on maps, translation and other important apps. For Tajikistan, our eSIM is intended to work on the MegaFon network. In some cases, the device may automatically connect to another local network that is not supported or has weaker coverage. When this happens, the eSIM may show no data connection even though the plan is active. The usual fix is to turn off automatic network selection and manually select MegaFon from the mobile network settings. We are sorry that this was not clear enough during your setup. We also want to clarify that we do provide support by email and WhatsApp, and we normally respond quickly. Please contact us with your order details and we will check your eSIM usage, connection status and refund options since you mentioned the data was still unused. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate your feedback. We will use it to make our Tajikistan setup instructions and support contact information clearer for future customers.
